No sales pitches, no $997 courses — just investors at every stage trading contacts, deals, war stories and hard-won lessons, plus a short speaker each month on a fresh topic.
It is hosted by Josh Simmons (RE/MAX Suburban, an active investor for about a decade) alongside attorney Shawn Good of The Good Law Group, who brings a decade of investing of his own. Between the two of us, we have helped people at every stage of the journey — from first-deal beginners to monster investors who end up teaching us things.
Wondering how to buy your first rental, house-hack, or flip? Come ask people who have done it — including the mistakes they would skip the second time.
